For several weeks a few people have mentioned they can't open the comments section on my blog. Some can't open it at all, others can't post a comment. They get an error screen. :(
Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it? Could it possibly be the template I chose? (Maybe it's got a cookies glitch with Internet Explorer?? That seems to be the browser that people are using when they have issues).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

GRASPING AT ETERNITY SOUNDTRACK
It's happened to me a couple of times, mostly when my profile has been idle too long. Logging out and logging back in has fixed it for me.
ReplyDeleteI would try loading a different format of your layout. Sometimes the layouts come with bugs... that's all I can offer. Sorry!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely and internet explorer issue. I just tried same computer with ie and firefox, of course ie had the error message. That browser needs to go by the way of the betamax, lol.
ReplyDeleteWhen I post a comment, it always asks me to do the verifying question twice when it's in the format you use. Maybe that's what they are seeing and don't enter in the second word.
